I am attaching a picture of what I believe is causing significant ball scratches and rather quickly.
On my game it seems to be the left guide tab sticking up on the ramp diverter when it’s supposed to be flush with the ramp. And the tab is in the pathway for a lock shot. A less than perfect shot will ricochet through or sometimes even be rejected by that tab.
I will be removing mine and grinding the tab down.
Any other areas we should look at or ideas is welcome.

Re: Ball scratches
Question, if the tab is sticking up that far when down, I'm guessing you might have the other problem where the entire diverter flap is too high when up and doesn't stay inside the slot in the ramp? If so, rather than grinding the tabs down, you may consider elongating up the adjustment slots to lower the flap (so, helping in both up and down case)? I would submit a support request either way cause there's supposed to be a new design in the works / may be on its way to a few of us.
Re: Ball scratches
My deverter operates perfectly and seems properly set beyond that. I'm not going to grind down both tabs, just the one on the left shown sticking up in the picture. I will also continue to experiment with adjustments prior to grinding. This was just the most obvious solution for me at this time.
And yes, I submitted a support request and they are sending me a replacement.
Thanks Tom, your advice is always appreciated.
