When the CMOS battery dies, the Zotac doesn't boot anymore, and even doesn't show anything on screen (which is unusual).
The CMOS battery inside the Zotac is shrink wrapped and has cables and a connector attached, which plugs into the motherboard.
To get to the battery, you have to remove the whole case and flip the motherboard over, and then remove the small USB daughter board with 2 USB ports.
We advice to replace this as a whole (battery/cable/connector) to prevent
potentially dangerous damage to the battery when trying to solder a replacement.
